Visiting us

What does it mean to book an oven slot?

It means we’ll set aside dough just for you and fire up the oven at your chosen time – so your sourdough wood-fired pizzas are cooked fresh and ready when you are. You can request your oven slot here

Do you take table bookings?

Our seating is first come, first served. Please feel free to grab a seat wherever suits you – we only reserve tables for bigger groups.

​

For groups of 6 or more, we will reserve an indoor table for you, if available. Outdoor seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

No matter your party size, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to place your orders, grab drinks, and get settled before your pizzas arrive.​

 

Can I walk in and order pizza?

Yes – we’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins! Just a heads-up, though: pre-booked oven slots take priority, so there might be a bit of a wait.

 

We always recommend booking an oven slot when you can – it guarantees your dough and a cooking time.

Do you sell gluten-free pizzas?

We can make a low-gluten option. We do everything possible to prevent any cross-contamination; however, due to the occupational hazard of flour in pizza making, we can never guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.

 

Allergies?

If you have an allergy or intolerance, please speak with our team. We'll be happy to provide more information.

Do you offer take away?

Yes, absolutely. Please pre-book your oven slot and send us your order by 5pm on the day of your booking.

 

For orders on the day it’s best to give us a call on 01993 221838 – once service kicks off, it gets a bit busy and we’re not able to check emails. We'll always do our best to fit you in but without a pre-booking sadly we can't guarantee time slots.

Do you offer delivery? 

Not right now – we don’t have the team in place to offer delivery at the moment. But feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible! 

 

Do you do private hire?

We sure do! If you’ve got something in mind, just drop us an email – we’ll always do our best to make it happen. Let us know what you’re dreaming up and we’ll take it from there.

 

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, absolutely. You can purchase them in-store or email us for a voucher. They can be used at Fire & Wine on our delicious wood fired pizza or a glass or bottles of our fine wines — your choice!

Where can we find you?

We're in the heart of Groves Yard. Follow the signage towards 'More parking' and the car park - you'll find us next to C'est Tout Interiors. You can find us on Google Maps or What3Words.

Where can we park?

There’s a spacious visitor car park just nearby – we recommend parking there and walking around the barn to find us. It helps keep the yard clear and safe, as it’s still a working industrial site.
