The type of personal information we collect

  • Please note, we will never hold payment card details or information. This will always be held and processed by merchant services, not directly by Fire & Wine​

How we get personal information and why we have it

The personal and non-personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following purposes:

  • To provide and share details of upcoming events and activities

  • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical suppor

  • To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices, email campaigns or promotional messages

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services

How we store your personal information

  • We keep any personal information for a maximum of two years. We will then dispose your information by deleting all messages, files and information by date on a quarterly basis

  • Our website is hosted on the platform. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall

  • Our social media accounts and information are all protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you
